To that end, we’re looking for a “people first” Account Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. 

Role Mission: 
The Business Development Manager will help grow The Change Companies’ business by acquiring new customers, and becoming an expert in our markets, personas, and outreach strategies. Collaborate with our Sales team to grow your sales skills and your career with The Change Companies!

What You’ll Do: 
  • Meet or exceed demand generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute lead generation campaigns, reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Respond promptly to demo requests and inquiries.
  • Build and manage prospecting lists using external databases.
  • Provide monthly performance reviews of prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct qualification calls
  • Lead effective discovery calls, schedule product demos, document notes, and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain high accuracy in lead qualification
  • Close smaller orders
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Prior experience or education in sales or similar role.
  • Strong conversational and organizational skills with a knack for uncovering leads.
  • High energy and a "can-do" attitude, ready to take on challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Integrity and resourcefulness.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in a remote environment and adaptable to change.
