To that end, we’re looking for a “people first” Account Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. 

Role Mission: 
The Account Manager is essential to the growth and retention of our existing customer base, focusing on expanding customer engagement and increasing revenue. In this role, you will leverage consistent outreach and personalized communication to enhance customer success and introduce solutions aligned with their goals. Your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service will help strengthen relationships and drive adoption of our new offerings. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Build long term, mutually valuable customer partnerships. 
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. 
  • Retain long-term customers and enhance customer lifetime value. 
  • Connect with customers through calls, meetings, and email communications. 
  • Effectively market and sell new products and services to existing customers. 
  • Identify and close ARR opportunities 
  • Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing any challenges in existing programs or initiatives. 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Previous experience in Account Management, Sales Development, Business Development, or other sales roles is a plus. 
  • Strong conversational and organizational skills. 
  • High level of professionalism with a proven ability to manage time effectively and solve problems. 
  • Intelligence, hustle, and a customer-centric approach are essential attributes.

  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement. 
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and adaptable to change.
